Kiosk Manager – St Kilda Pier Kiosk
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Kiosk Manager to lead one of Melbourne’s most iconic waterfront venues.
The St Kilda Pier Kiosk is fast-paced, high-volume, and weather-driven. On sunny days, we fly. This role isn’t for someone who wants to “supervise” from the sidelines — we need a leader who thrives in service, builds strong teams, and keeps standards sharp when the pressure’s on.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading from the front during peak service
Managing a large casual team (training, rostering, performance)
Driving fast, efficient service without compromising quality
Stock control, ordering, and cost management
Maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards
Delivering genuine, warm customer service — even in 35-degree chaos
You’ll Bring
Proven hospitality management experience (high-volume essential)
Strong leadership presence — calm, clear, decisive
Financial understanding (wages, COGS, margins)
Ability to build culture, not just fill shifts
Availability across weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
